Settle Yourself
Find a quiet, comfortable place where you feel at ease. Take deep, calming breaths and let your body and mind relax. This will set the foundation for effective nadi alignment and prepare you for the meditation ahead.
Bandhan
Raise your Kundalini three times, then protect yourself by performing seven Bandhans. This process seals your vibrational field, keeping your attention centred and supporting the flow of subtle energy.
Focus Your Awareness
Bring your focus to the crown of your head, gently massaging this area clockwise with your right palm. Silently affirm:

“Mother Kundalini, please deepen my self-realisation. Please take me into the silence.”
