
Purify and Deepen Your Connection
Before we move on to deepening your chakra connection, let's review what you have learned so far. By this stage, your daily meditation practice includes these foundational steps:
- Settling Yourself: Creating a calm, meditative space.
- Putting on a Bandhan: Raising your Kundalini and shielding your vibrational field.
- Witnessing Your Attention: Becoming aware of where your attention resides.
- Entering Thoughtless Awareness: Resting in the stillness beyond thought.
In Practice 3, you will expand your Self-Mastery with additional techniques to refine your vibrational awareness and deepen your connection to your chakras and Kundalini energy.
New Steps to Deepening Your Chakra Connection
Sensing Vibrations
- Listen to Your Hands: Observe what your hands indicate about your nadis. Are they cool, warm, or tingling? You can use this feedback to clear affected nadis.
- Decode Sensations: Pay attention to what your fingers and palms reveal about your chakras. Each sensation corresponds to a specific chakra that needs attention.
Clearing Chakras
- Focus on the chakras with the strongest sensations, such as pinching, heat, or heaviness.
- Silently or aloud, repeat the affirmation for the chakra from your heart.
- Sit in stillness, allowing your words and desires to work within. Maintain focus on the chakra while remaining in thoughtless awareness.
- If the sensation persists, repeat the affirmation with detachment.
- If needed, proceed to Giving Vibrations.
Giving Vibrations
If affirmations alone don’t clear the chakra, give it vibrations to help restore balance.
- Restore Motion: In thoughtless awareness, use your right hand to make clockwise circular motions in front of the affected chakra.
- Revitalise Energy: Remember that chakras are “spinning wheels.” Clearing them involves restoring their natural motion through pure attention.
Negativity absorbed from the environment can cause chakras to become sluggish over time. Your focused desire to rejuvenate them will support their natural balance and restore their harmonic resonance.

Going Deeper
After scanning your nadis and chakras and attempting to clear blockages, surrender your attention to the stillness within.
- If blockages persist, move your focus to Sahasrara Chakra and allow Kundalini to continue the clearing process effortlessly.
- Bring your awareness to the crown. Gently rub the fontanelle bone in a clockwise direction with your right palm while stating:
Mother Kundalini, please deepen my self-realisation.
Sit silently. When the moment feels right, softly affirm:
Please take me into the silence.
May I become one with you—in love, joy, and bliss.
