Becoming Your Own Master
Daily meditation in Nirvichara—the state of thoughtless awareness—recalibrates us to our true essence:
We are pure, eternal beings connected to the living fabric of the universe.
Each time we enter Nirvichara, the qualities of the chakras integrate naturally, creating an effortless blend of dynamism, wisdom, and inner peace. This strengthens our self-mastery, enhancing our vibrational awareness and subtly shaping our lives. Being in meditation isn’t simply a practice; it’s a return to your essence.
Guiding Your Meditations
Begin your self-mastery journey by learning the Ida Nadi affirmations below. Guiding your own meditations will help you develop your self-mastery principle and accelerate your spiritual growth.
Use these affirmations daily for six weeks to establish a foundation for vibrational awakening.
Sometimes, just placing yourself in Bandhan and focusing on the Sahasrara (crown chakra) is enough. As your vibrational awareness deepens, you’ll intuitively know which affirmations and techniques to apply.
Ida Nadi Affirmations
These affirmations help purify and elevate your subtle system. Use your hands on each corresponding chakra to direct your attention:
- Left heart: Mother Kundalini, who am I, am I the spirit?
- Left Nabhi: Am I my own master?
- Left Swadisthana: Mother, please give me the divine knowledge.
- Left Nabhi: I am my own master.
- Left heart: I am the pure eternal spirit.
- Left Vishuddhi: I am not guilty.
- Left Agnya: I forgive absolutely everyone for absolutely everything, and I forgive myself.
- Back Agnya: Dear God/Creator, please forgive me for any mistakes I have made, knowingly or unknowingly, against my spirit.
- Sahasrara: Mother Kundalini, please give me/deepen my self-realisation.
Elemental Techniques
Incorporate the Water or Earth Technique once daily—preferably water in the evening and earth as often as possible.
Protection
Begin and end each meditation by raising your Kundalini three times and placing seven Bandhans to strengthen your vibrational field.
Timing and Duration
Meditate twice daily to nurture your spiritual growth—once early in the morning (from 4 a.m. onwards) and again before sleep to clear the day’s energy and prepare for restful sleep.
As a guide, start with 5-10 minutes in the morning and 15-20 minutes in the evening, adjusting as you feel is right. Quality matters more than length, so follow your inner guidance. However, if you have the time, stay in meditation for as long as your heart desires.
Please consistently apply the practices outlined in 5D Master 21. We recommend using them morning and night for at least six weeks. We know you will feel the joy of divine light shining within you.
Meditation Space
Creating a dedicated space for meditation is essential for fostering inner stillness and thoughtless awareness. Choose your space wisely—somewhere peaceful, comfortable, and free from distractions.
Your Sacred Retreat
Nature always supports us, yet finding a secluded natural spot isn’t always possible. We recommend selecting a specific area in your home to serve as your sanctuary. With regular meditation, this space will accumulate vibrations, becoming a powerful retreat that helps you achieve a deeper meditative state.
The Power of an Altar
An altar can be a powerful addition to your meditation practice. It doesn’t need to be elaborate—a simple shelf, table, or similar surface can create a sacred space for inner connection. The purpose of an altar is to gently shift your attention inward, away from the distractions of the material world, and toward the essence of your true self.
- Fresh Flowers – Their pure and nurturing vibrations harmonise the subtle system, especially the Mooladhara and Swadisthana chakras. With their innocent, creative energy (and sometimes fragrant presence), flowers help establish a sense of grounding and flow.
- A Candle – The flame calms the Agnya Chakra, dissolving mental distractions and helping you achieve thoughtless awareness more easily.
The Great Mother
For deeper vibrational resonance, you might also place a picture of The Great Mother, the source of the teachings shared in 5D Master 21. Her photograph emanates profound vibrations, supporting the rise of Kundalini and facilitating silent, transformative meditations. Here's an example of how you can set up an altar with a picture of the Great Mother. Reach out to us via our contact page, and we'll send you a high-quality image.
As your vibrational awareness deepens, let your intuition and the energy you sense guide you in curating your sacred space. Over time, your altar will naturally evolve to reflect your inner journey.
A Path of Discipline
The journey to self-mastery requires love, patience, and consistent practice rooted in desire and discipline. As you transition from 3D to 4D and into 5D, you will embrace the qualities of divine love for yourself and humanity, enjoying the bliss of being part of the whole.
Relish the journey and trust in the vibrations to lead you.
